Hi, for the past 8 days I’ve had a dull headache that won’t go away. It’s not too painful but my left and right side of my head do hurt to touch. Any ideas?

Hi Ben, it sounds like a tension headache. They can come and go or last for days.

Try not to take daily pain relievers since that will only produce rebound pain.

Meditation found on YouTube for headache pain can be very beneficial.

It will help relax the muscles in your jaw, face and neck.

Putting a hot towel on your face can also help to release those tight muscles.

I suffer for a long time with that kind of head pain and found that these are more

likely to work better than a pain pill Feel better :) xx
