Hello

I have really suffered with headaches , sometimes tension one's that when I get those they do feel like they are there all the time and nothing you take when it is tension moves them on

Have you spoken to your Doctor about these headaches just to give you peace of mind that they could be due to anxiety

Try drinking plenty of water during the day as something as simple as that can help with them and cool flannels on your forehead , listening to some relaxing music can also help

Oh yes, constant headaches that then led to migraines that got so bad I couldn't see out my left eye when I took one. I used to suffer these migraines at least 3-4 times a month and sometimes I'd get 2 a week.

Still get headaches, but found out they were all stress and tension based. I have spoken to my doctor about them when I was at my lowest and once I was on medication to help with the depression the migraines and then the headaches lessened as I have been improving my situation.

Bounce's tips on drinking plenty of water, cold flannels and relaxing music are good ones. Also if you clench or grind your teeth a lot this can cause headaches. I have a sleep guard I wear at night to stop me grinding my teeth while I sleep. Tension in your neck and shoulders can cause headaches as well, so why not try massaging your neck and shoulders. Sometimes our posture can also cause this extra strain and tension as well. So I'd suggest checking your posture and also doing some stretches may help, but get advise if you are not used to doing stretches. Massaging your temples and scalp can help as well. You can do this by spending extra time really massaging your scalp when you are washing your hair, start with a light pressure to being with until you get used to it. :-D

I hope this helps. :-D

I've had a headache for 3 weeks now in the front of my head/forehead. It's a dull pain sometimes and other times can be so bad I could cry. Doctors keep telling me its just a tension headache, but it feels so real and hurts so much!

I worry a lot and convinced myself r is a brain tumour.. but i have looked in leaflets and it says headaches are most common symptoms of aniexty! I know it's scary, I cry and worry everyday about these headaches but I guess it's just another nasty symptom of this horriable aniexty!

3 weeks ago I went to the hospital with a headache. They did a ct scan on me it came out normal. Then they did a lumbar puncture on me that took the dr well over a half hour of jabbing me in the back anyways it had blood in it, so she thought I was having a brain anurisom, took me by ambulance to another hospital. They did a ct scan on my with contrast and came out normal, they sent me home after a bunch of other test and said I was having cluster migraines. I went back a few says later and they did another spinal tap on me came out completely normal again. Said im having migraines. Went to my drs a few days later she said I had a sinus infection. Put me on a bunch of medications. I went to a ent, they said I didnt have a sinus infwction but could have because I was on meds a week before I even went there. Anyways I had a follow up with my dr and she thinks I have anxiety from everything I went through. Now I am anxious all the time. Scared there is something wrong with me when they have done every test possible. Every little pain I have I want to run to the hospital. Im so scared all the time.
