Have had these attacks since years but never felt of knowing what these are...

Literally going through that time of my life when every minute is a big challenge to survive. I haven't been diagnosed anxiety because no one's supporting my decision to see a therapist or a psychologist but as I have researched my symptoms are of anxiety. All of a sudden I start overthinking things, my heart rate becomes high and i start feeling alone. This leads to suicidal thoughts and I really don't wanna die. I just need some relief from all this shit. Someone please share what and how should I do about it in my own way(without medical check up). I just can't live like this anymore

If you are 18 or over you can take yourself to a doctor for a diagnosis. No one on here can diagnose you as there are no medical professionals here as this is just a peer group.

However for self help google the symptoms of anxiety and also have a look on YouTube as there is loads of help out there.
