Never had anxiety before

Hi everyone, I never had anxiety before and I've been like this for more than a week now, it comes and goes and I guess I'm looking for some people to be able to talk to about all this

I have been suffering with anxiety for over 2 long years, I'm nearly worn right out.

I hope I can help you in some way, even if it's just to listen.

It is our wedding anniversary tonight and we are going out for supper. I feel so sick but I have to go. My husband of 43 years has been a really good guy. I ache when I see the hurt in my family's faces.

Just stay positive and have a great time with your husband, don't be anxious and no don't be hurt by your family's faces, they care for you and love you okay and be strong.

It comes and goes, I like being around my family and my friends but lately it hasn't been easy, I get anxious and I felt like I almost had a  panic attack today at school.

I've had it on and off since my child was born it's awful 😢 my breathing is my anxiety now it's a nytmare. .. x

Hi everyone !!! Don't worry you'll pull threw . I've been dealing with my anxiety for 3/half years now . Boy the struggles are real but I'm learning. Enjoy your anniversary to the fullest don't let anxiety take control of your lifetime memories.  I've learned you have to face your anxiety and fears that's the only way you can slowly beat it out of your life and have control back. You can do this . I practice it because I love my life and want it back .
