Just to update everyone that knew I was going to get the vaccine. I was totally surprised two days ago in was going to receive mine on New Years Eve day.
My arm is pretty sore but managable. Haven't gotten any other symptoms of yet. I usually have joint pain but cannot tell because it isn't any worse than normal.
I have the next few off as I do not work weekend and had today off for a holiday. I will update each morning how I am feeling and if any symptoms arises. I will post in between time if I get any symptoms at that time.
Happy New Year's everyone let's go kick Covid's A$$. π

So now I feel a sore throat coming on. So will try to combat this. This is over 21 hours later. π
Allergic reactions are difficulty breathing, swelling face and throat, fast heartbeat, bad rash all over body and dizziness and weakness. Pain at injection site tenderness and swelling of lymph nodes in same arm. Fatiwue, headaches, muscle pain, joint pain, chills, nausea and vomiting and fever. I've had sore throat and slight headache.
I think it's great. Give people the chance to ask questions etc
Saturday January 2nd. 5 a.m. 43 hours after vaccine. Arm is still sore. Not as sore yesterday. Feeling good otherwise. So hopefully that means my symptoms weren't too bad at all. Glad I was able to receive the Moderna vaccination. Bit if anything changes I will let you know.
So pleased you had vaccine well done π. I had the Pfizer vaccine on 16th December no side effects other than a little nausea but that could have been anxiety!
Good to hear you were able to get it also. Hope it goes well for you!!
Day 3. Barely have pain in arm. No other symptoms here. I would say in two days pain should be gone in arm. Has anyone else been doing the daily check in with the CDC. It is a good thing that they are doing so they can see how people are reacting to it. The others that I know that got the vaccine are mostly all doing well. Just arm pain. A couple still I pain but people handle pain differently. They will be fine since no other symptoms.π―π
