Does anyone else just physical symptoms? And not really any physiological symptoms so it’s all physicall that happens so randomly? It scares me but at the same time I just think it is what it is

Hi anxietymadman It is a very good question to ask.

Since we are not a machine but a human being, physical symptoms

will come and go from time to time. Sometimes prompted but nothing

in particular but most of the time, thoughts that are stored in our subconscious

mind can remind us of past issues without our knowing it. Something you hear

or see can bring back that memory and then you body reacts to it physically.

More often, twinges here and there are a response that our body needs to

just relax. The key in making it short lived is what you said, "it is what it is"... :) xx
