Hi, does anyone get this weird feeling of dizziness and head pressure when they’re about to go sleep or have a nap? I seem to get this constant feeling of sleepiness followed with dizziness and head pressure. This occurs after mild exercise, when I’m feeling sleepy or if I’ve woken up from a short nap. What I’ve also noticed is that I’m very sensitive to motion and that also triggers dizziness. If anyone has any ideas or has been through it I would be grateful for some information.
I also get this dizziness when I’m trying to recall old memories, daydream or think about the past.
