Sleepless nights.

I had Anxiety all my life, but can't seem to get any sleep at night, matter what I try, sleeping tabs, audio relaxation nothing working, also have restless legs and feet at night, constantly have a sick stomach under left ribs, any advice would be good.

Someone once said to me that eventually you will sleep and I remember when I was struggling for a while I did and they were right

If you have tried all the usual things , hot bath , warm drink , reading in bed till eventually you drop of etc then I find instead of going to bed because I feel I should staying up till I can no longer keep my eyes open sometimes this can be as late as 1 in the Morning and even though so late making sure I get up at no later than 8 so then slowly I am tired and ready for bed

The more we worry we won't sleep the more we won't so try accepting it is ok if I don't get to sleep I will read till I do and your sleeping pattern will start to improve

Thanks lulu-1 good advice, thanks for taking time to reply will give it a go , your right about the worrying but it's hard some times not to ,also but that's why we are Human 🙂 , thanks Xx

Glad you have found something that works , I wished I liked it as I have heard so many find it helpful but I just don't like the taste even though I have tried several times
