Does vitamins help with panic attacks? Like stress and relief vitamins?
Question : Does vitamins help with panic... - Anxiety Support
Question
I’ve tried those stress gummies from Target in a blue container and they really didn’t help me at all. I bought them thinking they’d relax my brain but it was just a waste of money. You can try them and see if they work better for you!
I’ve never tried them but if you’re trying to go the natural route, I’ve heard great things about CBD drops/gummies
some vitamin deficiencies can cause anxiety and depression - if you have a vitamin deficiency then supplementation would (in most cases) correct and the symptoms would disappear.
Preventing attacks yes they can help. Natural Vitality Calm (magnesium gummies) do work for me, I have night time anxiety, helps a lot. Also there’s is a magnesium Threonate called Magtein that’s good as well.
Supplements can contain some vitamins and mineral and also certain herbs or amino acids (ex theanine, 5htp) but should never take supplements if you are taking medication without your doctors advice.
There are vitamins powder and gummy form called Calm. I don’t notice any difference but it seems to help some.
