I couldn't get past the taste of it so it didn't work for me. I do a lot of oil diffusing. Lavender is great and chamomile oil is also good!

I so drink a Honey Lavender tea that is pretty good. And one called Tension Tamer that I really like. That one is very minty. :)

Oh yes...good point...all the tea I drink is decaff.

I think I have a sensitivity to caffeine anyway. I do have one cup of coffee in the morning but that is it. No tea or soda. Just water. And almond milk.

That's me I drink bottled water all day every day but need something to help with my anxiety I have medication but have been switched again because my old ones was making me have urges to put my hand on my throat which my gp and therapist and other people said I will get bored with it and can't do much harm other then may be pass out and be sick luckily I have not passed out yet and don't like having them so I've just changed meds again so would likebana to try find something that may help a bit to take the edge off my anxiety been thinking of alcohol latelybut don't even drink anymore haven't for 8 years

Yikes...that's scary! I would def come off of that med if it causing that. And I wouldn't medicate with alcohol either. I plan to reach out to a therapist after my vacation. I'm hoping that he or she will be able to help me more than my GP who just seems to prescribe medication after medication. :(
