Derealization is a common symptom of anxiety, it's something I experienced from time to time whenever I felt very anxious. It was a way for my mind to subconsciously disconnect me from all the physical symptoms I was feeling, and the racing thoughts in my head. What really helped me was drinking cold water to kind of get me out of it, and to just go for a walk outside and clear my head. Walking really helps! I hope that also works for you. You can have earphones in and listen to any of your favorite songs as well. :)
