Head pressure and weird sensations

I’ve been experiencing really strange head sensations lately. It’s bad tonight and it’s making me nervous. Lots of pressure (no pain, just pressure) dizziness, and sometimes a warm sensation in the back of my head. I’ve also been hearing whooshing, popping and crackling sounds in my head. I’m afraid I’m going to have a seizure or brain aneurism or something. Does anyone else experience this?

I experience the head pressure daily. Mine is in the front and top. I feel like someone is sitting right on my forehead. It actually makes me droopy eyed. I have just learned to accept it is there and try not to focus too much on it. I haven't found an answer yet. It isn't there when I wake up in the morning, but after I start moving around, even before I eat breakfast it arrives, so it is not food related. I can't figure this one out. I have the dizziness also, or what I like to call wooziness. I just feel a bit off, not necessarily fall down dizzy. I don't really hear the noises in my head, but I have tinnitus, so that is what you may be experiencing. Make sure next time it is in your head and not your ears.

Could it be a migraine. I have just been diagnosed with this after years of thinking that it was all down to my anxiety and depression. God how wrong was I. I missed out on so much and my confidence has been affected because of it. 15 years later I find out I suffer from crippling migraines! Always worth getting things checked out. Dont leave it like I did x

Do you still get these symptoms of head sensations and did you resolve them?

I'm experiencing intense sensations that move around my head, headaches quite bad, confusion and it sometimes worsens with exercise.
