Been feeling weak and sick all day, not sure what it is.😭😭

In the morning I felt really weak when I stood up and I was shaking when I stood up. I thought it was cause I hadn't ate and my stomach was growling. After I ate the symptoms eased. But now I feel the same again. My head hurts, where the temples are, when I stand up I feel weak. My heart beats fast and has the same sensation to when I'm nervous. My stomach too . Even though my mind is pretty calm. I'm not sure whats wrong with me 😭

I can walk , in the morning I could as well but I was shaky. Now I can walk fine. And the pain from my head isn't to bad its just feels like there's a pressure between my temples. I just got worried cause it happened so suddenly and ots still kinda there but less.

It's anxiety my dear believe me I had all the symptoms of anxiety the worse one was diziness now iam better but sometimes the symptoms comes back feeling of weakness I know it just relax it will pass though they keep on coming
