What are the WORSE and BEST Medications?

I have tried many medications I’m sure anyone who’s taken medications knows it’s about Trial and Error? I’ll be meeting a New psychiatrist via FaceTime for the First time next month. I hope he’s the ONE? I’ve had several that didn’t seem to be giving to much thought to giving Me the Right medication? But hopefully he’ll be Different cause my counselor said he knew him that he thinks he’s a Good Guy? So I would appreciate anyone’s Input? Thanks 😷🙏

The reasons why you stopped are very important clues to what treatment might work for you. From my experience having it in writing is a big help in recalling information. I hope your new psychiatrist works out for you 👌
