I'm concerned about what I'm having right now either i have health anxiety or i have hypothyroidism that can 'cause anxiety too

So it's making me so anxious because my mom have hypothyroidism too so im anxious about this all the time 'cause i have all the symptoms that people with hypothyroidism have cause my skin is dry and my hand and my leg feels cold

It's important for you to consult your doctor. You haven't been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I believe. You have assumed it to be a probable cause because it's present in your family's medical history. That may not be the optimal way of diagnosing your issue.

Hypothyroidism alone cannot cause anxiety. But yes, if you already have health anxiety it might add up. Again, you haven't been diagnosed for it.

What health anxiety does is, it creates a certain sense of fear about your own body, thus creating an illusion of a disease even if you don't have one. It makes you hypersensitive to your body and anything out of the blue will probably freak you out. The best way to address it is to talk to your doctor.
