Does anyone have experience the testicles and bottom stomach hurts because of anxiety

I'm not sure if its anxiety or real problem but tomorrow i think im gonna see the gp if its real problem

I had thot the same thing. But I had gotten sent to urology for a checkup. I found I had things in my testicle that was enlarged. Also diagnosed IBD. But yhis is going to be something I live with prob for rest of my life. Check with your doctor and see what they say. Good luck.
