I thought it was because I didn’t eat but then I eat and I’m really tired just feels like I have to throw up does this happen to anyone else ?

It could be a food intolerance. You would be surprised at all the symptoms a food intolerance can cause.

Food intolerances can cause nutritional deficiencies and nutritional deficiencies can lead to overeating.
Not when going out but when i get up and have to face the day.
