I started with this pain in my left upper calve yesterday after waking up from a nap. I have been googling all about DVT and now I feel like the pain is radiating up to my inner thigh. The pain is not crazy but it’s persistent. I’m about to go the hospital to get it checked out because i’m terrified this might end up being DVT
I don’t have any risk factors btw and I am 22 years old.
I do know my grandmother and uncle have had issues with blood clots so I don’t know if that’s a contributing factor and if i’m really just making myself feel this constant soreness/pain. Help!!

Went to the hospital right after work, had bloodwork and a an ultrasound on my leg which showed no blood clots. I was discharged soon after but like always, I still feel the pain and have anxiety that the clot already traveled elsewhere.
I am pleased you have been checked out , and they will have done all the checks including there is a blood test they do that checks if you have the kind of blood that could easily clot , I know this as I had it done as my Mum did die from DVT and you have none of the symptoms she had , anxiety again , it really does try and keep hold of you but if you can distract yourself as much as you can then I think you will start to feel a little better , tell this anxiety you are not listening x
