Back and throat hurt

I have sore throat everyday with mucus since March I think it’s the air conditioner I’m not sure or my allergies and my back hurts too I keep getting scared thinking I’m getting sick when it’s nothing and I keep thinking my back pain is my heart 🥺

Zhiyah1012, to stop the dry throat why not put a bowl of water in front of the AC ? It works with Radiators and any form of "Dry air" or dry heat. Doing this it helps put the moisture back in the air that the AC seems to remove ,put it close to the AC but not too close as water and electricity don't mix.
