Worried I have pnuemonia

I’ve had a chest X-ray and it’s come back all clear the doctors said would pnuemonia show up on the X-ray

Last February I ended up in Hospital in resuscitation fighting for me life literally as I had double pneumonia

I had been ill two weeks prior and my Doctor kept telling me I had a virus

When they rushed me in after been that ill for 2 weeks the pain I was in I never slept for 2 weeks and as for breathing I could hardly breath not even to get a shower in resuscitation at first they did not know why I was in the state I was in and the way they quickly found out as they were working to keep me alive was doing a chest x ray the minute they did they saw I had double pneumonia and worked on me straight away

At one stage they did not know if they would have to put me in a coma I was that bad

I was on the High intensity unit after been watched till moved to a ward

Then after I had been discharged I had to go back 6 weeks later for another x ray to make sure all the pneumonia had gone which than goodness it had

So the answer obviously as that is how they manged to save me by seeing I had double pneumonia because they did a x ray is you CANT have it or they would have clearly seen it and I hope you or anyone else never get's it but if you do you would know about it

So forget having pneumonia you are clear or they would have not let you walk out they would have started treatment straight away before you got to the stage I ended up getting to

Thanks for your reply I hope you all ok now,my xray showed it was all clear when I rang up

I have got over it even though I a now Asthmatic and it was so traumatic it left me with PTSD

If you x ray was clear then 100% you don't have it so that is one less worry for you and I am glad it came back clear x

Clear X-ray means you do not have it. They can guarantee it. It cannot be missed on an X-ray.
