So my mom and her friend got into a crazy argument and somehow I got in the middle of it, they were yelling and cussing. And I’m shakey my chest feels funny and I feel depersonalization and just uncomfortable. I’m scared something bad will happen. Like a brain bleed or a blood clot.

Stressed Out
You’ve just experienced something really unpleasant and your body is reacting in a physical way to the anxiety and stress.
Nothing bad is going to happen. See if you can do something that you find relaxing. Once you are calmer, the feelings will subside.
Sounds like a horrible thing to get caught up in, it’s unsurprising you’re feeling as you are.
I agree with EleanorRose. It is impolite to talk about someone as if they are not there. Assuming that is what happened. going to your room and listening to music or the radio can help to distract you. Or watch funny YouTube videos like Robin Williams on Golf. If you are sensitive to strong Language, Try to find the one he did on live TV.
Thank you.
It is an exaggerated physiological response to a scenario where we are helpless. I am sure by now the extraordinary feeling in chest is gone, however it would be repeated in a mild form a few times when you recall the scene. It would get fine when you see your mom and the same friend laughing together. Urgent solution is as Kitten58 suggested get yourself busy with something. I start mopping the floor of rooms or dusting the things. Trust me there would be no harm, like "brain bleed" except for this transient very bad feeling. Best wishes
