I’m so stressed, I’m considering restarting smoking. It helped relieve my stress before. I know they are cancer sticks but I’ve had enough of my business and nothing is going right. My anxiety is having a field day. My energy levels have dropped to zero and the will to get out of bed in the morning is gone.
My legs are weak and so dizzy all the time, not to mention my stabbing pains in my chest and breasts soreness.

Hi Jenny have you tried mindfulness? Go to YouTube and type in mindfulness I have links on my page. While laying down press play and really ficus it will take your mind off your symptoms and will help you but you need to do this everyday and I mean everyday. Please give it a go before taking up smoking. Get a packet of Minnie's or something to suck on every time you feel like having a smoke xx Stay strong don't give in xx

Jenny please, don't start Smoking again. When your feeling better, you would be so sorry you did. I know because i did that once. Then had to go to all the withdrawal to Stop again. I don't think it really helps us with stress, we just imagine that it does. If you really think your going to, go and buy an e-cig. Not ideal but, better than the Cigs. 😊🌻✌️
Yes Dubba, I eventually packed in complete by using a vape, tobacco free juice, well 0 percent nicotine...it helped such a lot, and no nicotine, now I don’t use anything haven’t for over a year...it does help, I was defiantly much more depressed when I smoked....
Yes, it takes some of us quite a few go,s. I finally packed in, after 7 attempts! Using the Nicotine lozenges. You where supposed to have 8 a day, think i had about 20! 😀but, it worked n that was 14 years ago. I have a Vape without Nicotine too. I just enjoy puffing on it. 😊🌻✌️
Sorry to hear of your struggles Jenny. I hope you don’t smoke. As someone who tried packing in a few times, eventually I did it. It is easy to reach for a cig when you are anxious. Not so easy to give up again when things calm down, and they will....sending resisting vibes to you, in the hope you don’t do it....
I know how you feel, I stopped drinking 35 years ago not because I had a problem because I didn't see a point in it but now 35 years later I feel like wanting to drink. Smoking killed my father who died of emphysema. I don't have a fear of addiction because I don't think it would happen, I have used opioids in the past for kidney stones and that was fine no problem. For about a year-and-a-half now I've spent 90 percent of it in the house and laying down, getting out is tough I avoided it as much as possible.
