I've been dealing with some bad anxiety as of late. It's not the first time, I've had it a lot the past few years but it's been controllable. Anyway as I said it's been bad recently and I've been having irrational fears of death and just been dizzy and spaced out a lot. A lot of this is probably tied to me going back to college for my senior year (online due to covid) and covid itself. Anywho some words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

It’s overwhelming isn’t it..do you know what’s triggered it mine is a death in the family that always triggers mine off the dizziness will be the anxiety..it could be due to returning back to college and with the pandemic a lot of us have been suffering from anxiety
I think a lot of it at the moment is due to lock downs, being extra cautious of what we do, where we go etc etc. four months so far of lockdown doesn’t do good for our mental state that’s for sure. But every time I become active like cleaning the fridge, cupboards, outside sweeping, pulling the weeds, washing the photo frames or whatever I suddenly forget about my anxiety... if u don’t think of it, u usually don’t get it. But if you wake up and immediately think , am I going to get panic attacks today... bang, u are having one. I really cannot understand what they really are. Why some get them and others don’t. Is our brain working over time compared to others. Take care Treyjeff and keep occupied. Best medicine.
