Heart again sorry

I went to the debtors my primary care and he listened to my heart beat and said it sounds goo but it was 101 on the thing rn it’s 96 laying down counting and multiplying it I’m really concerned and scared my heart rate has never been this high at least I think it use to be in 70-80 I’m scared to sleep I’m only 16 and my pulse is kindve strong he don’t really make it was like a cause for concern or anything urgent to do they gave me a slip for ekg I just got one last month and they said my heart is fine but it’s beating way too fast for nothing my grandma think it’s fine

It’s fast because your anxious mine was 104 two days ago and when I panic it can go up to 107 if he was concerned he would of rushed you to hospital

Hey but that’s the thing I’m not anxious I’m just chilling laying down and I feel like it’s just thumping in my neck if I don’t feel my neck I prolly wouldn’t even know it was going that fast

Mines going that fast now and it’s draining and very scary has the dr gave you any anti depressants

Well least it will ease you mind well if you anything like me once. On subside I go straight to looking for something else it’s horrible

Hey x yes are are anxious huni

I have anxiety and I always have a fast or thumping heart beat when I’m anxious even when I’m trying to sleep or whatever so it’s just anxiety I promise you your heart is very normal xx

The EKG will be helpful. Wait for that and take it from there.

Anxiety is causing your heartbeat to be so high even if you aren't aware of anxiety in the moment. Your doctor isn't concerned coz its still nowhere near a dangerous level. If you had heart problems you would have a few more symptoms than a bit of a high heartbeat!

Hi yes you have a panic disorder. Many off us obsess over our bodies and our health. You’ve got to try to remember that IF there were something of concern your dr would immediately address it. When you start obsessing you raise your rate. So practice focusing on other things and pray for peace and to remove the fear from your mind. Take care.

When anxious mine goes to 120 believe that's it. Same with blood pressure
