Heart palpitations

My heart rate is constantly high and I get palpitations a lot. Irregular heartbeat and pounding. It’s hard to sleep at night because of this. I’ve been to the doctor many times in the past and they were never concerned knowing that I have generalized anxiety disorder. I’ve also had an EKG done a few times. I’m still really scared that I have a heart condition and that I’m going to die. Any other young people going through this?

This is me word for word, I could have written this! You are certainly not alone. Do you take any medication?

Thank you! I take Xanax .25 mg once or twice a day

Do you find it helps? Heart palpitations are awful. I was in hospital last year 5 times in a month for a heart rate of 170 with skipping and pounding and saw doctors, cardiologists and had all the tests and reassured that’s it’s anxiety.ive had this for about 13 years. I’m 32. I know how scary it is and how it makes you feel. But I promise if you have been told it’s anxiety by doctors then please just know, no matter how bad or uncomfortable they feel they cannot hurt you x

Do you really want to get better or are you just looking for that 'special' pill? If so read no further. However, by any chance if you really really want to get better try this:

1. Stop drinking alcohol

2. Start drinking lots of 'mineral' water like Pelligrino

3. Stop eating junk food (including 'better' restaurants)

4. Start eating 'clean' food with lots of leafy greens, vegetables (preferably uncooked) , and fruits.

5. Take quality pottasium and magnesium supplements.

6. Detoxify your liver

7. Drink celery juice unon waking and 30 minutes before breakfast

There are no magic pills. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. All that is happening is telling you that your body is full of toxic sludge and what you are experiencing are symptoms of Toxemia.

Thank you for this. But I only drink alcohol occasionally, I exercise, I’m in shape, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, I take magnesium daily, and I don’t eat junk food.

Dear Savannah,

All that I shared is just a tip of an iceberg. Something that anyone can do without turning life upside down often to see immediate results within days or weeks. But I have learned the hard way that what's white or black is not always so. The so called healthy diets propagated by media, health gurus are most often not so healthy. And I understand it's hard to agree with. It took me years to figure it out.

But there is so much more to it. For me it was years of antibiotics and then it was capped by Accutane. My life was turned upside down for 10 years of hard core suffering. Seen over 50 MDs and not a single one even offered a clue. Panic attacks that lasted up to 8 hours at a time, everyday for years plus other crazy Symptoms such as heart palpitations, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia and literally hundreds more symptoms!

Please read Cleanse to Heal and Liver Cleanse by Anthony William. This will truly open your eyes. I wish I read it years ago but these books became available within last several months. Don't walk blind for years!
