So I’ve woke up with this sharp uncomfortable pain in the middle below my breasts it feels like acid reflux pain but having health anxiety it’s kinda saying something different in my head I’m having panic attacks galore as you can imagine I just can’t shake this feeling it’s something else

It will be acid and you need to take those meds you have for it for a few weeks
I get it and especially when I am anxious and not been eating as I should
I am worrying over my throat , really bad night as well as I have phoned the Doctors already this Morning they are going to get so fed up with me ! just like you feel yours are
Wish this would all go away now I can't stand much more
Drink some milk as well that can help with it but you need to try and eat because honestly that will make it worse

I did exactly what you said and it calmed down like I knew it would been .drinking a lot of milk today has helped loads thanks again lulu

I cancelled it in the end
But I was talking to the MH nurse and while I was I got a lovely text from the Doctor saying she had tried to phone but I was engaged and maybe I did not need the call , if I changed my mind she was in next week and just to phone and ask and if not she would phone to check in on me in 2 weeks which I thought that was really nice

I wish my doctor was as supportive as that he never does anything like that I’m a pain to him one he’d rather not interact with..my day wasn’t too bad just my morning anxiety but my day was ok thanks babes 😘

I could not cope if mine was not supportive , I'm not saying she might not get fed up of me , chances are she does but she does not show it
Glad even though a rocky morning the rest of the day was a little better , I am still on all day so you are doing better than me and I have a feeling once those meds start working on the higher dose you are going to feel even better than you do now x
Ive got a bruise on my calve thats just appeared yesterday i dont remember banging it now im freaking out why its there 😟 x
This happens to me all the time and yes I freak out to !
You will have banged yourself you just won't have registered it , maybe you were busy at the time
It will be fine , it will go as quick as it came x
I realy hope so lulu it doesnt hurt like a bruise i just realy dont remember knocking it my husband said when i showed him last night oh ffs its a bruise dont botter googling it im realy trying not to x

Mine don't hurt either when I spot them , I can get one on my arms , legs you name it , we don't always remember and I do tend to bruise easily so I can just catch myself on a door handle think nothing as it did not hurt and next minute a bruise is there but I can't remember doing anything
I have got quite used to it now , honestly don't worry it will be fine x

May I ask are you over weight? You don’t have to answer, it’s just that being over weight can create acid reflux. I know cause I’m dealing with it. When I Lost weight it went away. 😷🙏
Yes I am a little over weight ive gotta try and do a healthy diet ive done slimming world and ww just find i lose interest so quickly though

Can acid reflux/gerd give you heart paps? 
Damn can CHOCOLATE really be a trigger or can heighten acid reflux, and cause more anxiety!!!
It’s worse when you got acid reflux and anxiety at the same time
