Horrid acid reflux

It’s so bad I feel like I’m going to puke, it hurts soooooo bad all the time and I can feel it at the back of my throat

Yes I don't like taking anything like antacids, so all I do is eat an apple 🍎 x

A cup of water with a spoon of baking soda helps instantly! Gross, but the fastest / longest lasting thing that’s helped me compared to an antacid

I was out and didn’t have access to anything I’ve defo got to add antacids to my pharmacy in my bag.

Lol yes it's not the most pleasant drink but it works. I was so desperate because I was on Prozac and the indigestion and reflux were so bad nothing touch it. So I googled hone remedies. So glad I found it. You can do a spoonful or two and follow by water I've done that too
