My mom and grandma just makes everything worse I really don’t like my mom she just irritates my soul I talk about my anxiety to them it’s a joke and I can go see my boyfriend and all this so clearly there’s nothing wrong with me like they just always assume and act like everything is my fault my mom so damn two faced and such a liar it makes no sense

My mom was nothing but a barrier and an annoyance in my life. She could never see how much pain I was in. She just made things worse. I could never tell her that because I know it would hurt too much. She did the best she could but she was just unfit to be a mother to be honest. It's a tough reality to admit but it is what it is. The damage has already been done theres no going back now.

It’s difficult for others to understand how we feel. Your Mum should support you but obviously not. She is not the person then to spill out your feelings so don’t discuss it with her because she can make things worse. It is better to focus on one really good friend who is sympathetic to your problem. Who cares , understand and listens. By talking about it to every Tom dick and Harry can be traumatic for u. There is nothing wrong with us, we don’t have a disease, we don’t have one leg, we are just as capable as anyone else... our only problem is we are worry warts.. we take everything to heart and stress about it to the point of making ourselves sick.

As I said, find one good person who will always listen and care.

Im sorry :( i feel like there are always gonna be some family members (even parents) who may never really understand their kid's mental health issues. I'm not sure why, but it's common. If you really think you can't make them understand, then just focus on talking about your problems to others. Idk, it may be something that kinda has to be accepted (although im not saying you shouldn't try 2 get them 2 understand)
