Does anyone randomly get anxiety and your heart starts racing and you literally have to lay down and do something that distracts you? Today I was at my other house cleaning and I noticed I started getting anxious so I left and the whole drive back to my current home was heck. My heart was racing, shaking, and in started feeling weak.

Hello! Yes, I used to get this way quite often. A good method for coping with it is to try meditation. It helps clear the mind and calm the body. And I'm here if you ever need a friend.

Yes all the time! It can be so scary 😭
