Hi everyone,
Every night I wake up out of a dead sleep with my heart racing. Sometimes it happens a few times in one night.
Does anyone else get this? Has anything helped?
I’m sooooo tired of this. Need a good sleep.

I do sometimes experience this and I find it reassuring to know I’m not the only one. I haven’t found the ‘cure’ but you’re not alone. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

Ye I got this had it a few weeks it’s terrible, citalopram has Helped a lot with it still have it now and again though xx
Thanks for replying. My doctor wants me to try ESCITALOPRAM. But I’m scared to start a medication.
What’s that for love anxiety as I’m exhausted all the time and think it’s the citalopram xx
It’s an antidepressant like citalopram. It’s for anxiety. I’ll consider it if this continues it’s exhausting.
Ye give it a go it’s worth trying anything to help xx
