Hot flushes

Do anybody get these with anxiety and stress I get these when I become anxious again and these make me more anxious thinking it’s a fever it always happens at night

Hot flushes/Cold Chills have to do with the nervous system which is affected

by our fears/tenseness/anxiety. Very common symptom.

Try not to fear it but allow the body to adjust on it's own. xx
