Hey I’ve noticed and probably mentioned in my previous posts that once I get over one type of anxiety another one comes flooding in and it could be over my health, my mental health or About my life in general. I’m not going to exactly go to deep in to what the intrusive thoughts are but they repulse me literally to the point I want to throw up but now my brains tricking me saying I want that and that it’s not really an intrusive thought it’s really not doing me well it makes my head feel like it’s going to explode and I can’t keep still I keep fighting them away and I know you aren’t suppose to but in my head if I let them it means I’m giving in I really don’t know what to do my only coping mechanism at the moment is if I ever went through with any of them I would kill myself and I know that sounds bad. I was given some intrusive thoughts techniques and I do try them but they don’t seem to work because then the guilt and shame hits in. It gets to the point where I want to cry but l can’t even do that because I feel so disgusted with myself and I don’t feel like I deserve to cry.

Sorry about the last post. I just got lazy posting with emoji. I was going to add the site I often refer to is Psychology Today. Although it is a USA based, their article about unwanted intrusive thoughts is worth reading.
Crying is so good for you because in those tears are all the bad hormones escaping. No-one should every worry about a few drops of tears. Please remember you deserve to cry because of all the bad stuff happening, not because you are bad.
