Heart beating fast

So my hearts been beating fast since last night and even when I woke up I feel my pulse and it’s going hard and fast I’m confused is my heart failing I’m 16

Unless you have known heart issues I doubt very much it is failing at the age of 16! The vast majority of heart issues don't begin until middle age or older.

Anxiety can cause these symptoms and it is much more likely to be that. Health anxiety is very common these days so I suggest you speak to your school counsellor.

There is lots of info online, and on YouTube so do some research about anxiety there.
