I’m getting this sudden sharp stabbing pain in the front of my neck and of course I think it’s heart related this is so annoying I’m sick of the pains and muscles tightness and always feeling like there’s something wrong with my body and it’s failing me I’m scared. My immune system is destroyed from all the stress im only 16

Yes I can relate . I have chest pains frequently... racing heart ... skipped beats .. and I am always thinking it’s heart attack or something bad is happening with my heart .. it’s terrible. Then when you google it all it just makes worse

I have been getting them on and off for maybe 10 years. It’s a very sharp pain. My pain is worse if I turn my head or in just comes and goes quick. Sometimes it will last for days. One time it was so bad I went to my knees 3 years ago.
