Anxiety attack?

I started feeling anxious out of nowhere. It’s lasted almost 3 hours. I have been shaking and it’s all been coming in waves. My heart rate got really high and I was feeling waves of n. I don’t know what to do. This time it feels more physical symptoms than mental. Please help. I don’t know if it got triggered because I had a high stressing situation happen the last 2 days.

Hi I really feel for you. The anxiety comes out of nowhere and you just can't control it it's like your body is having a party and your not invited. The physical symptoms are horrible. Some days I just go with the flow of physical symptoms but keep telling myself it is just anxiety symptoms nothing bad is going to happen, other days I just shout at my anxiety to go away ,that's worked a few times lol. Just try diversion tactics, mindfulness, even just going for a walk or listening to the sounds of nature. Anything just to take your mind and body off the anxiety. This site is a great help to me, as I'm not alone . Take care.

Hi, sorry for my bad English,but I will try to help as much as I can. I also suffer from anxiety attacks it started this year in February I remember my chest feeling really tight I couldn’t breath and my heart was beating so fast like I was jogging or something. I was really scared to go out of my house because it will happen again so I manage to go out to stores near my house and little by little I started to deal with it. I still have anxiety attacks when I go out grocery shopping with my wife I always drive so I try my best Not to think about it when ever I feel like anxiety is kicking in I try start a conversation with my wife or listen to music in my car or focus on driving on the road. It really sucks feeling like this but hey Life is Hard and we gotta deal with it.I will suggest you to try and deal with it first practice breathing and stay calm and most importantly try Not to think about it too much I know is hard but it works for me So Good luck I hope you get better.
