Can anxiety do that? I don't have the want to eat. When I try i sometimes gag... Ive been super stressed out, could that be why?

Yes! It happens with me. I have anxiety and depression. Both illness' can reduce or increase appetite, depending on the individual . Have both, it will definitely impact your appetite.

Absolutely, I also get that way when I am super stressed and lots of anxiety. I have noticed the last few months especially during isolation. am barely want to eat.

Oh yes I can't eat a thing when I'm bad with anxiety. Gag constantly 😟
