The title of my post says it all.. It’s horrible. Today is horrible. I’m scared, freaking out. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry and somebody hold me.

Once we understand that we can beat Anxiety, I'm sure it will leave us alone, I sat up all night a couple of days ago thinking Why me? I couldn't find an answer! Perhaps its because I am more able to recover from the damn feelings where my Brothers and Sisters couldn't? I don't know, but so many times I have wanted someone to comfort me yet knowing the only person I ever let into my emotional state is no longer my Partner, but is a Friend and I don't want to step over any boundaries. My Mother is no longer with me either so I can't ask her,so I feel your pain I honestly do! I wish I could send you a Cuddle (hug) and sit and listen to your fears and your worries so i could take them all away! I hope you feel better soon, all the best Derek
