I have horrible health anxiety, like many on here, also have a long list of physical symptoms, have been to multiple doctors, ER, with no concrete evidence that there is anything wrong.
Also like so many people out there, I have a hard time believing that anxiety causes all these issues... primarily dizziness, off and on light headache, nausea, and goes on.
I work hard every day to keep it all in perspective... just get scared ...
Thanks for listening.

You aren't alone, don't give up. I'm thankful I have my amazing wife to help me through it...I hope you have at least one person by your side...it makes a world of difference.
I feel for you I've had terrible day today also.have to keep telling myself it's the new medication I started 9 days ago.anxiety makes you feel awful and so many different symptoms it's so hard to believe anxiety can cause all these.but it does hope you are soon feeling better and seek help for a long term medication to keep anxiety under control.
Thank you for your time, I have been seeing a therapist,so far that seems to be helping the most, havent had much luck with medications but still open to that option.
Timmy, I think that our thoughts are incredibly powerful - repeated fearful thoughts can certainly have an effect on one's physical condition, although I wouldn't presume to know that it can directly cause a physical problem, if you get my meaning. What I do know is that when I feel absolutely tied up in knots, a meditation session of 15 to 20 minutes is absolutely amazing for relaxing my psyche. What that does, is it reduces my sensitivity to physical and emotional symptoms, so they have less of an impact on my wellbeing. Have you tried it? If you search on YouTube for "guided mindfulness meditation" if you see something by "The Good Guys", try it out with some headphones! And there are also guided meditations to help you fall into comfortable sleep if that's difficult for you.
The most we can do, if a physical problem persists, is improve the way we are able to deal with it. And I think that's worth a lot really. But I'm really don't mean to belittle your problem, I don't think it's small or unimportant - don't misunderstand. I wish you many blessings and comforts, and that your burden will be lightened soon in some way or another.
