Insomnia & side effects - Mirtazapine withdrawal HELP!!

I ditched Mirt 2 weeks ago ather having taken it for a year, I never got on with it due to heightened anxiety and a variety of other annoying side effects like dry eye disease, but it wasnt too bad for sleep. I was on half a tablet for the last 8 months or so then half a tablet every other nite for a month and then half a tablet every 3 nites for a month,

I have lost the ability to stay asleep!!, get 2 -3 hours max, my head is full of concrete, my legs have are like two lumps of lead, my legs are buzzing and I generally feel like shit. Any ideas? (I'm ordering some l-theanine to try) I already supplement with B vitamins (methylated), selenium, magnesium, probiotocs, Vitamin D

Hi Andyroo66 how r u? I am also in the throes of mirt withdrawal 3 months and counting. I have burning sensation all over my body plus tinnitus in both ears im going mad! Pls assure me this all gets better soon....hope ur well

Its a difficult drug to withdraw from, at the moment I am stabilising on a lower dose, take your time and dont worry about it, if in difficulty reinstate the last dose
