Gland pain sore throat congestion

Does anyone get a sore throat and congestion while the weather is like this? My eyes dont water neither does my nose also effects my glands is this possible with pollen count being high? Worrying its the virus or something..

I get it all year

My throat is sore very dry in a morning , I get a stuffy nose and to be honest at the moment I keep worrying with the " What if's "

At the moment I am for the first tie in years of suffering like this trying a hay fever / allergy med , you can get them from any chemist to see if it helps

I am currently at work and during the night I’m sniffing, throat itching my eyes are watery my nose is stuffy it’s ridiculous Omg . And mucus is dripping down my throat I don’t like it 🤦🏾‍♀️

I feel the same too and my glands feel swollen. My throat feels tense and tight but it is probably just anxiety.
