Have you tried drinking pure Cocoa before you go to bed rather than tea which apparently caffeine can keep us awake. But if youlike your tea like I do, try having it four hours before yoy go to bed, then later on try making some hot chocolate or Ovaltine or Horlicks. I prefer Cocoa myself made with milk is better to help to get us off to sleep. It can act as a sleeping pill but they don't recommend sleeping pills because they can become an addiction.
Try writing down your anxious thoughts and put them nearby for the following day and do some deep breathing exercises.
