Anxiety Strikes Again

I’m pretty sure I’m having ANOTHER anxiety attack.. I was just laying in bed and my heart rate went up and my arms are tingly and my chest keeps getting a pain off and on and I feel like I can’t breathe. I’m trying so hard to calm myself but I keep freaking out. 😔😞😭😪

anon99, please call your OBGyn to discuss the frequency of your panic attacks as you

get closer to delivery date. It's important that you try to get as calm as possible. Someone needs to calm your fears which (looking back on your posts) you have been

worrying about since the very beginning. Talking out the fears can help reduce these

panic attacks. xx

I have an appointment on Wednesday.. I guess I will chat with my midwife about it. I hope she doesn’t think I’m crazy.. I just get so scared going to my appointments. I hate myself for feeling this nervous all the time.. I just want to be normal....

I'm glad you have that appointment Wednesday. Believe me she will not

think that you are crazy. You are a pregnant mother who has questions

and unfound worries about the upcoming due date. Having anxiety, this

is very normal. I'm sure your midwife has talked to you about breathing

exercises. Practicing this daily can help decrease your worries and anxiety.

Have similar overthinking past And future And current state, loneliness etc. Make IT worse but try to focus only on your breath for few minutes slowly And try some professional help i recommend.
