Yes. I have the exact same sensations very often and they make me anxious. I'm trying to just remember that I've never actually fallen - I get around fine - just not always comfortably.

Yes, I also have this and fear falling especially when crossing a busy road that I might be run over. I also get it badly when I am in a crowded environment. I'm sure it's anxiety related.

I was just looking around and went across this thread. Has anyone try using CBD oil. I was diagnosed to have severe depression 4 years ago and

tried almost everything out there that "could" help. The only medication that worked best for me is medical cannabis. I perfectly understand that it's not legal everywhere. At first I was doubtful so I started doing my own research and read

articles about marijuana. I found out that each marijuana strain has different uses for different diseases. Like this gyo.green/gyo-seedbank-cher... This one is very effective when it comes to stress and anxiety.

Me too. Inside something is moving me. I am dizzy all the time. Even nautious.

I think dizziness is the worst symptom, because I could remove heart palpitations and different awful symptoms from my life, but dizziness persist

I have the same - I don’t even feel able to walk as my legs are so weak. It’s insane. Can anxiety really cause this?!

in reply toJaneN40

Same, sometimes mornings I think that I can’t walk, last 2 weeks I concentrated all day to my legs and start feeling off balance when I’m walking

Definitely have off balancing with anxiety one of the main ones that I get constantly. I dont care how much I've experienced it, I can never get used to it. It's very uncomfortable and scary to feel like you may fall over.

And I go to the hospital and they say I don’t know why. Why am I dizzy people ?you are doctors! Lol.
