Health anxiety strikes again

Hey all gonna say something stupid now but can't help it for the past couple of days there's been a grass fire near where I live been thick smoke now for some reason I have a dull ache under my left rib lost my appetite now can't sleep and I keep thinking is cancer

I get that full ache sometimes too, I think you’ll be fine , but I understand you can’t help but worry

Trust me it's not cancer it's just your anxiety playing tricks on you. You can't get cancer from a grass fire. You will be fine. Just breath through it. And distract with something else. All the best x

I meant was all I was doing was breathing it in for past two days because I couldn't keep windows shut due this hot weather where having

You won't have cancer. I have worked within the cancer department for the Last 6 year's.. it's just not going to happen okay x relax if you can x
