Doctors and everything ANXIETY

Doctors love to link everything with ANXIETY .

My eyes hurt it’s anxiety , MY THORAT HURT ITS ANXIETY , SMH , I have had multiple blood test they say everything come back normal , but I’m having new medical issues that is servicing since coronavirus WHICH IS SO NERVE WRECKING .

Because all I keep hearing is “everybody is so stress right now “ okay what does that has to do with my medical diagnosis.

I’ve been having swelling in my feet ,headaches that striking feeling , weakness in my knees, blurred vision ,lightheadedness , extreme fatigue, flu symptoms my body aches all the time

My left foot stings and feel like it’s going up to my knees but doctors are not understanding me and ITS FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO KEEP FINDING NEW DOCTORS TO EXPLAIN THIS TO

I JUST WANNA GIVE UP SOME TIMES

It’s very hard to cope with health anxiety . But it’s reassuring to know it’s anxiety . I have had every symptom you’ve said .

It has been so hard to except that I possibly have health anxiety and I’ve been driving my grandmother crazy .

And it’s making me going crazy and hopeless

What we need to remember is yes you might be tired Of hearing it’s anxiety yet again but directors are very good at diagnosing poorly people all the time and they can tell if what’s put in front of them is a medical issue or the power of the mind. I get really wound up with it’s all sometimes but try to find some trust in tutor doctor and it may help. 😄
