Panic attack at night

I had another night panic attack. I woke up at 4 am in sheer panic and felt so so scared like I was going to vomit or poop my pants. My heart was racing so fast. I was terrified. Does anyone only get panic attacks at night??

Yes, I get anxiety and occasional panic attacks at night. My primary care Dr prescribed Remeron and seroquel. So far they are working well and I am getting some good sleep. I also take melatonin.

I did this morning too. I havent had it since december but around 4am i had it again.
