Anxiety and uti/urine hesitancy/or bladder issues?

Is there any link between these, did anyone ever had any link between these, i was diagnosed with mild mucus in urine test and was given antibiotics for UTi, i took 2 courses for that but the symptoms doesn’t go away. I feeel so devastated, is this something hs to do with anxiety or it’s something else,

Yes I am certain that anxiety plays a role with our bladder, but I was put on clomipramine (SSRI) and I got terrible bladder pain..

I had frequent urination, pain & rushing to bathroom as well.. I was put on three months of nitrofurantin for the recurrent UTIs and now I’m much better
