Heat Palps

I have been having heart palpitations on and off for years but lately they started again. I just had a ekg and monitor for 3 days and all normal. Ive had stress tests , ultrasounds too all normal. Does anyone get these a lot? Anything but anxiety that causes them?

You've had a great workup. What has the MD told you?

Just said it was normal. Gave me some breathing excercises. Im trying to cut caffeine but I only have 2 cups a day

Some people are very sensitive to caffeine. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Check labels on things to see if they have any caffeine.

I get palpitations intermittently. I notice more when I'm tired.

Hopefully the decrease in caffeine will help.
