the boy hasn't been sick today, looking really well, and no one else has been sick (yet) and I think I feel fine yet I had few palps while eating some toast - agggghhhhhh...I still need to regain the weight I lost earlier this year

I doubt it was the toast, I always blame things I eat afterwards, I haven't had a Twix in months after I got a few palpitations straight after one before.
I also have really bad palpitations and always blame them on something I did or ate......
It's really crazy but it's just this damn anxiety, now I even developed constant tremor which of course now I think might be Parkinson's or something.......
It just never ends with us all we can do is take it one day at a time and yes time does go by really slowly I think it's because we are so miserable that time seems to go by really slowly.....
I've also lost a lot of weight and it's really difficult to gain it back this has never happen to me before I've always had trouble losing weight and now without even trying I lost all that weight...........
Let's all hang in there and support each other.
God bless
I too suffer with palps some bad some not. I get them when tidying up, eating at rest or waking. I had a bad one today walking home felt like someone squeezed my Heart they are just so unpleasant but that's the key don't feel them live with them easier said than done as Iam slowly getting there but I get scared too xx
