This is a very common trait with anxiety. Strong on awakening then tapering off as the day progresses. Learn to accept that this may continue for a while, don’t try to fight it or overly concern yourself about it. Worrying about it just prolongs things. Just keep doing your daily routine despite how you may be feeling and the symptoms will gradually fade away. It’s all harmless stuff. Just excessive adrenalin ( nervous energy) and sensitisation of the nerves (usually caused by stress or trauma) finding an outlet. It’s the mind and body’s way of recovering and that nervous energy needs to be released, not avoided or suppressed.
